Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in 50 years. Don’t return phone calls, late for car pick up by 30 minutes with no apology. Tried to hoodwink another £199 then laughed it off when caught on. This was an Electric car purchase, the car wasn’t even charged, ran out of power on the way home and had to get a recovery truck to continue the journey. Had no “handover” on the car whatsoever, obviously electric cars are new to us all at this time. You would think dealers would get to know them, not Autozone – they leave it up the customer to find out absolutely everything. Most definitely not recommended – AVOID at all costs!

Can honestly say I’ve never been so disappointed in the service I got from autozone … they are the nicest people when ur are buying a vehicle but 10wks after buying my jeep that somehow passed mot and was supposed to have a top to tail look over at autozone garage .. I was promised that the jeep would not need anything done till the nxt mot… this was Kenneth ‘s own words!!! We also bought the extended warranty and I was told leaving the garage that everything was covered.. Kenneth ‘s own words again .. now 10wks later I’m £1000 down warranty won’t cover anything and Jenny at autozone also wouldn’t stand over their jeep … I have never been told so many lies in my life .. I have lost faith in all dealers .. my best advice to anyone looking to buy a car please save yourself a lot of heartache and don’t go to autozone…
